Learn how to better understand other people’s personalities and apparent “random” behaviors (which actually aren’t random at all), and work with them effectively!Join Keynote Speaker Tammy Dewar, Principal Consultant with Calliope Learning in this interactive and engaging workshop to:

  • Learn the basics of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the most widely used personality assessment in the workplace
  • Hear real-life examples of applying personality type concepts to workplace success
  • Explore how you can understand MBTI to communicate and collaborate more effectively with your staff and colleagues

About Tammy Dewar Combining over 20 years of experience and a Ph.D. in Adult Learning, Tammy Dewar works with individuals and organizations on effective leadership, team building and learning. She has designed and delivered a variety of workshops to teams across Canada both face-to-face and virtually. Working with both public and private sector organizations, she addresses leadership, employee turnover and morale issues utilizing action research, learning strategies and coaching. The other third of her time is spent teaching for Royal Roads University, University of Victoria, and University of Calgary.
