Snowshoeing + Fondue on Cypress
Enjoy the winter wonderland of Cypress with a moderate snowshoe hike up Cypress and be rewarded with an amazing fondue session. Exercise + chocolate with a view, what more could a girl want?
Date: Feb 22nd
Meeting time 5:30pm – 6:00pm at St. David’s United Church – 1525 Taylor Way , West Vancouver
Itinerary:
5:30 – 6:00pm – Meet at St. David’s United Church 1525 Taylor Way , West Vancouver to – Distribute snowshoes, poles & headlamps
6:00pm – Depart for ski hill following each other
6:30pm – Arrive at upper parking lot
7:00pm – Depart on guided snowshoe
8:00pm – Arrive at turnaround point for Fondue under the stars!
8:30pm – Return journey (time approximate depending on whether we stay up there longer)
9:00pm – Arrive back at the parking lot
Cost (includes all equipment, trail pass and fondue): Members at $55, Non-members at $60
RSVP by Feb 8th. Car-pooling will be sorted out once we get confirmation of numbers.
